There are two flexible overusage options:
  • Purchase additional pre-pay top-ups as and when you need them. Top-ups range from 10GB to 100GB and do not expire unless you cease the connection or move to an alternative provider.
  • Post-pay on a per 1GB basis, setting a maximum limit.

Overusage rules
 
Pre-pay
  • Upon consumption of the standard monthly allowance and all top-ups,  the connection will be rate limited to 128Kbps for the next (ie additional) 1GB.
  • Upon consumption of the additional 1GB the connection will be blocked until a top-up is purchased or the next billing period start date is reached. 
  • Purchase of an additional top-up will restore normal connectivity.Top-ups may be purchased via the Entanet E-billing web site.
Post-pay
  • An upper limit to the amount of post-pay overusage must be set.
  • Upon reaching the pre-set limit for post-pay usage the connection will be blocked until the start of your next billing period. Where the preset limit has been reached,  purchase of additional usage may be made via top-up – once the top-up is made,  normal connectivity will be restored.
 
Notification   You will receive notification by email when you are reaching your usage limit.
 
Payment for overusage
  • Pre-pay - Top-ups may be purchased via the Entanet E-billing web site.
  • Post-pay  - Overusage is billed in arrears along with the monthly charge.
