Broadband services provided by Entanet International Ltd    May 2010 onwards

Overview

I arrange broadband services via Entanet International Ltd.  Entanet provide a high quality broadband service with good 24/7 UK based technical support.  

What I do is order the appropriate service on behalf of my client and optionally supply and configure the necessary broadband equipment.  I also provide ongoing first call support and look after the warranty for any ADSL equipment supplied.

The broadband packages available include:

  • Rate adaptive ADSL connections with speeds of up to 8Mbps*.
  • ADSL2+ connections where available*  -  these provide greater stability and potentially faster speeds* at no additional cost.
  • Fixed rate connections in a choice of three speeds:  512Kbps, 1Mbps or 2Mbps.

The packages are supplied in two product ranges called Business and Family.  The ranges are intended to differentiate between the needs of business and residential customers.   However,  it should be noted that the “Family” products are also very suitable for small businesses with low bandwidth requirements who are looking for inexpensive but good value broadband.  

All options include a designated broadband data transfer allowance per month.   Additional bandwidth requirements for heavier users are provided either by top-ups or via a per 1GB overuse charge.
