Entanet are responsible for the broadband service up to your telephone master socket. Thereafter, it is your responsibility. So, you may require to have your
microfilter(s) and/or router checked and alternative items substituted.
I can provide loan equipment which will help to diagnose exactly where the problem lies. |

Entanet normally use email to advise customers of pending disconnections. Sometimes those emails may not get through.
Entanet also sends an alert to me when any of my customers are about to be disconnected. I will generally try and contact you to make sure you are aware of the problem.
Where monthly payments are made by direct debit, Entanet will accept payment by credit card to ensure that the service remains operational. This often allows time to get direct debit
problems fixed. |
