When a broadband package through Entanet is arranged by me, additional telephone first call support of up to 1 hour in any one month period is included free of charge, subject only to the router in use having been supplied by me.

I am assured that this support is commonly of great value in the following situations:
Problem being experienced How the problem might be resolved.
“My broadband connection is not working” I can check whether the router is connected or not. Following the connection check, advice will be given about what to do next. If necessary, I will phone Entanet technical support with the objective of getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

I now have over 5 years of hands-on experience in diagnosing broadband faults.
“Entanet requires me to try different equipment before my broadband can be fixed.” Entanet are responsible for the broadband service up to your telephone master socket. Thereafter, it is your responsibility. So, you may require to have your microfilter(s) and/or router checked and alternative items substituted.

I can provide loan equipment which will help to diagnose exactly where the problem lies.
“Entanet have advised me that my connection will be terminated due to non-payment of my monthly service charge” Entanet normally use email to advise customers of pending disconnections. Sometimes those emails may not get through.

Entanet also sends an alert to me when any of my customers are about to be disconnected. I will generally try and contact you to make sure you are aware of the problem.

Where monthly payments are made by direct debit, Entanet will accept payment by credit card to ensure that the service remains operational. This often allows time to get direct debit problems fixed.
